She is Strong

My wife is strong.   She was a stay at home mom for five years while supporting me.   I asked a lot from her from the first day we got together.   The twins have asked for so much from her too.    As a family, we've asked a lot from her.   Every single time she stood up and did it. She is strong.   She carried twins.  She did it without any complaint from the pains and aches she endured.   She embraced motherhood.    She is a superhero.   We moved to from San Diego to Santa Cruz when they were just crawling.   She didn't have any outside support with mobile twin boys and tethered to the house.   She did it.   She endured my commute to Palo Alto.  Leaving at sometimes 4am in the morning.    She endured the inevitable demise of two jobs and another cross country move. Finally, we can see the finish line but then she put up with living at my parent's house for six months.  They're crazy and my wife handled it. This is only the tip of the iceberg.  I don't hav

Sack it up

Alone It's amazing how alone and underappreciated I feel these days.    I am a stay at home working dad.   In the last four months, we've faced a lot of change while my wife went back to work.    Over the last two months, I've felt alone.   I feel underappreciated.    Sack it up.
